We recently cashed in our ACE reward points for a flat screen TV. The entire transaction went very smoothly. The entire experience with ACE has been very positive. I have looked carefully at homes that have undergone recent renovation from other contractors. In nearly every case, I would rate the workmanship performed at our home by ACE to be superior in quality. It all comes down to attention to detail and this attention is evident in the trim work that was completed on our home. We have received numerous compliments on our home from friends and family who have commented that it mirrors new construction in appearance. Equally important is the part that you played in this project. You kept to your initial promise of staying close to the progress of the project. You were quick to respond to our questions and you followed up on our concerns until we were satisfied with the outcome. This combination of construction and service quality is not often found. PROFESSIONAL,CLEAN,RESPONSIVE & RESPONSIBLE are only a few words that I can use to describe Ace.I just used Ace for my Roof. They did an excellent job…It was done in the time frame promised. The Foreman was on the job at all times. They answered all my questions and promptly addressed any issue that I bought up no matter how minute it was. The did the magnet sweep several times and actually warned me to look out for any nails that they may have missed. As far as price goes, the price they gave me is they price I paid. Hi Dave, hope you are well. Well, this story is a testament to the great work and products Ace Aluminum/Home Improvements use. Over the last snow storm, our neighborhood lost electric power for 1 1/2 days. Our house temperaure both upstairs & downstairs never dropped below 60 degrees. If we were in our old house last year, without the new andersen windows & new siding and roof, we would have had to go to a hotel for the night. We just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our new windows. We are so glad that we chose Ace Aluminum in the replacement of all our 25 windows!! Everything from start to finish in this process have been a positive experience. Beginning with your professional & promt customer service down to the installation. Everytime I called or sent you an email I knew you’d get back to me right away, and you always did (even while you were on vacation). Your Dad & I had a few laughs when he came to measure the windows and even the installors were great. Besides being extremely courteous you could definately tell that Sean was a pro at his job. He kept me informed each day on the progress and was super clean, even my parents who were visiting on New Years commented on what a professional job he and his assistant were doing. We really couldn’t have asked for more- friendly, clean, efficient installors- all contractors should be that way! Now we know why you & your family have been in business for so long. We will definatley recommend you to anyone we know and of course if we need anything in the future you will be seeing us again! Thanks for the great customer service and have a great New Year!
